These are unprecedented, crazy times. It’s hard These are unprecedented, crazy times. It’s hard to concentrate, to focus and to think about anything other than what’s happening in the world right now. One way I like to get all my thoughts out is by journaling. It’s a cathartic way to say what I want, with no judgement. It’s a mindful activity and I find I’m relying more and more on my journal to get me through these tough days.
